What we collect

Your phone number, the name you give Nell, the messages you exchange with Nell, and the phone numbers and replies of people Nell contacts for you.

How we use it

Only to run Nell: to deliver your asks, carry on conversations, and send you answers. Messages are processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) and delivered through our messaging provider (Sendblue).

What we don't do

We don't sell your information. We don't share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for marketing.

Retention and deletion

We keep conversation history so Nell can follow up on your asks. Text Nell or email [email protected] to ask for your data to be deleted and we'll remove it.

Opting out

Reply STOP at any time and Nell will stop texting you.
