Nell is a text-message assistant. By texting Nell at (645) 206-4890 you agree to these terms.

What Nell does

You tell Nell who to ask and what to ask. Nell texts that person, has a short conversation, and texts you the answer. Nell is an AI and can make mistakes, so double-check anything important.

Your responsibilities

Only ask Nell to contact people you know and who would expect to hear from you. Don't use Nell to harass, spam, threaten or deceive anyone, or for anything illegal. We may stop responding to any number that misuses Nell.

Messaging

Nell works over iMessage and SMS. Message frequency depends on how you use Nell. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help.

No warranty

Nell is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of Nell, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to text Nell after a change means you accept the updated terms.
